    Does anyone have any recommendations for good QoS resources for someone needing to learn QoS basics? I'm QoS ignorant and need some recommendations to catch up to speed.

    Have you looked at Aruba VRDs?  There are a few that may help you out.  Other than that, there are a plethora of articles on the internet about QoS.  That is a broad term however...
