    If you have a SSO sign in (like what you use to sign in to airheads) then you should be able to use that for any other Aruba system you have access to (except licensing)

    Support.arubanetworks.com is the site you'll grab any firmware from. You'll need a valid support contract to access it. To upgrade login to the GUI on your controller and go to Maintenance - Image Management - Choose local file - navigate to it on your computer - choose your opposite partition and upgrade.
