Sorry I misread it. In 14 days time, you can't attempt exam more than twice. If someone fails on his first attempt, he can reserve for second attempt anytime. If he fails again, he has to wait for 14 days from his first attempt and so on..
Is there a mailing list for product announcements, new software releases, and security patches for Aruba products? If so I'd be grateful if someone could point me to where to subscribe.
If you see above URL 6.4 will inactivated on Apr. 2018.
Does this mean although we pass it now. but after Apr. 2018, our certifiaction will not be valid anymore?
I was studying v6.4 but have to change the course to v8?
Does anyone know the difference between them?

Hi there, good question! Answer is your ACMP v6 cert will continue to be valid post April 2nd 2018. When a certification becomes inactive, what this means is the cert exam is no longer available on Pearson VUE for candidates to take. That said, the certification itself has not expired. Expiration of the certification will be announced at another point.
To address your 2nd question, the v8 courses are based on the new ArubaOS v8 code, while the v6.4 cert is based on ArubaOS v6.4 code.

I hope you realize that using brain dumps violates every single professional career certification policy in the industry and will disqualify you from nearly every cert (and potentially job offers)....

It is no longer possible, unfortunately, to go directly to Arubapedia for partners.
If you used the Partner Ready Portal route, and still have issues, please contact Aruba AFP team via email@example.com.

I need to pass these 2 exams in a couple of weeks, months. What do you suggest, which exam should I do first, what is the recommendation?

I'd recommend starting with the ACMP (Controller). The ACCP (ClearPass) requires that you have a good understanding of how to integrate ClearPass with Network Access Devices like the Controller, so it helps to have the ACMP first before attempting the ACCP. Hope this helps.
Is it possible to get access to this still?
I've started a new company and have access to the Partner Ready portal, but have been told that all software downloads should be through the My Networking portal :(
I have a question, let suppose i have 51 CAPs, 25 AMs, 25 SMs. How much total licenses i will need in this case. I think i will need a total of 101 LIC-AP, 76 LIC-PEFng and 25 SMs. Please need support in this regard.

Hey, all licenses must be of equal limits. The AP's function is not taken into account. You have to make AP license + PEF license + RFP license the same amount. If the licenses aren't at the same number, the controller is limited to the smaller of the 3 numbers.
If you have the following below for example, a controller would be licensed to 8 AP's only.
8x RF Protect
