    That access point needs to be replaced, unfortunately.  That looks like a hardware issue.

    But how can I restore the firmware? Access is only through apboot (serial console)

    That looks like a hardware issue.  It doesn't look like it could be fixed with firmware.

    I encounter this issue just now with AP-207

    Here how I fix

    1. erase first by pressing and hold hole at the bottom for 5s while plugging ethernet poe

    2. follow this and set static ip and upload using latest firmware
