We have configured a SSID with MAC authentication (access point internal server) and radius server (external server) but the clients are failing to connect to the network. We have tested MAC authentication and radius server separately and they both works fine. Is there are any settings to enable to both of authentication methods to work together?

Please find the current security configuration of SSID below.

User with MAC address with 'colon' as delimiter created on AP internal server and external radius server is also configured.

    Access point : Aruba 505
    Firmware version : 8.7.1.0-8.7.1

you can configure your external RADIUS server to do MAC auth as well.

    Thank you for the input.

For this requirement customer wants to do the MAC authentication on local access point database while Radius is external. Is this possible on Aruba Instant OS?

no you can't have a specific one for dot1x and the another one for MAC auth for the same SSID like you have configured here.
