Characters no longer allowed in AP names using Central?

    We are actively setting up new networks of AP-565 and other similar devices in Central.  Last week, when we were joining new APs to our groups, they would allow us to use underscore (_) and hyphen (-) characters in the AP names.  Today, suddenly, we can no longer include those characters in the AP names when renaming them via central.

    Is this something we've doing wrong, or has there been a change in Central?  What changed, and why are these characters suddenly disallowed?

    We received word today that we will be upgraded to GreenLake on April 29, so we're still on the "old" Central site, connecting to USWEST-4.
