All APs need to be on the same firmware version. How did you upgrade these? Have you also attempted to manually upgrade the 377 to the required firmware?

if so can you get the output of these commands?

see if enabling IPM makes a difference. I take it that the AP-375 is powered by PoE?
SSH to AP-375 and from the configuration mode
    (config) #ipm <enter>
    (config) #(ipm) enable
    exit
    exit
    commit apply

We now support CLI commit model, please type "commit apply" for configuration to take effect.

    This is what IPM does
    https://www.arubanetworks.com/techdocs/Instant_88_WebHelp/Content/instant-ug/custom-iap-param/ipm.htm

did that make any difference?  if not its time for you to contact Aruba Support.

If you are using POE, make sure that the AP is getting enough power. (Outdoor APs require POE+ while indoor APs run fine on POE.)

    If you run the command
          show ap database long
on the command line, your AP will show an 'I' under the Flags column

    If you run the command
          show ap debug system-status ap-name name-of-ap
when your AP is underpowered, it will show something like:
    Power Status
    ------------
    Item Value
    ---- -----
    Power Supply : POE-AF
    LLDP Power : 0.0W
    Current Operational State : All radios disabled;

When it had enough power directly from my switch, it looked like this:
    Power Status
    ------------
    Item Value
    ---- -----
    Power Supply : POE-AF
LLDP Power : Successfully negotiated at 20.8W
Current Operational State : No restrictions (Overridden by LLDP)

While properly powered from a POE+ power injector:
    Power Status
    ------------
    Item Value
    ---- -----
    Power Supply : POE-AT
    LLDP Power : 0.0W
Current Operational State : No restrictions

While I would have expected the LLDP Power to show non-zero while on the POE+ injector, it seems to run just fine.

    Hi Igor,

If you can see that the AP is up on the GUI but there is no Radio info, then I suspect that the AP isn't getting PoE+
You will either need to play with the switch port settings or use a PoE+ power injector.

    Cheers, Ewan.

I solved problem. AP required POE+ injector, same switches  with POE+ port not worked.
