WPA3 is fully supported and certified on the AP-500 series according the datasheets.
https://www.arubanetworks.com/assets/ds/DS_AP500Series.pdfMake sure your controller firmware and endpoint client drivers are up-to-date.
Note you can run WPA-3 in transition mode (backwards compatible mode) or WPA-3 only (more secure).

Subject: WPA3 with AP505
Hi,
We tried to enable WPA3 EAP-TLS on SSID. However, we found that clients shows that they are in WPA2 in WPA3-128 mode.when choosing CCNA, there seems to be no packet can be transmitted(not Even DHCP).
We then found out the WPA3 description in documentations does not includes AP500 but even older 300 series support them and WPA3 is stated to be supported in 505 data sheet. Is it 505 does not support yet or it's a occasional case? Thank you
