Image_check_internal error 001 code 2

    Dear all,

    Customer is having the mixed IAP environment consisting of APs 303 and APs 515. APs 303 are running firmware version 8.9.0.2_83074 URSA, and APs 515 are running firmware version 8.9.0.2_83074 DRACO.

    I would like to update customer network to the latest firmware release -> ArubaInstant 8.9.0.3_83448 (Draco for 515, and Ursa for 303). 

    Because it is mixed cluster, I do not have option to do manual firmware upgrade. When I try automatic and click on Check for new version, I receive message:
    Image_check_internal error 001 code 2

    What should I do?

    Last time I saw this it was an error on the backend (I could replicate it on multiple different customers IAPs), that being said does your IAPs have access to the internet + working DNS/NTP?
