    I am creating a dhcp server and it shows an internal server error

    Try to clear your browser caches, and close and reopen your browser to see if the issue is resolved.

    Further, if red = network, then you probably should enter a network address there instead of the IP 190.0.57.1.. for the subnet mask 255.255.252.0, that would be 190.0.56.0.

    If the issue persists, please work with Aruba Support.

    problem solved, it was a problem in the firmware version, version 16.10.0016 was installed
