Quick connect  Android Application won't install network config profile,

It does not work on Samsung Galaxy, Pixel, and Huwai phones. I try all possible troubleshooting steps, different default browsers, Uninstall and install Quickconnect, the same error " There are no networks defined for your device type."

So far, no issues with iPhones, only Android!

When will the developers fix these issues??

Yes, it shows as an active device on the Clear Pass Management console, The device used to work until the moment when for other issues to troubleshoot Celluar provider needs to reset network settings. No steps are working. We always have a problem with this application in our company when need to connect any Android devices! So please fix this application!?

the webpage at market://details?id=com.arubanetworks.quickconnect.android could not be loaded because net::ERR_UNKNOWN_URL_SCHEME

    How you can explain this?

I do not know what the " TAC" abbreviation means!?

after downloading the quick1x.networkconfig and opened with QuickConnect shows the name of the organization profile but when selecting the profile we receive the error.

Are you an end user at your organization or a member of the IT organization? This is not an end user support forum. You should reach out to your IT organization who can work with Aruba TAC to troubleshoot.

    Hi Martin

im having similar issue with android 10 and up . cant install the network config file with the quick connect app.

seems that the file is not associated with the app.

hoping they can fix this soon.

Make sure you use the chrome browser on the phone. If that is the case, open a TAC support case to provide enough information such that support can report a bug and initiate a fix.
