    Hi, for the small switches with lifetime support, they offer replacements of the same model until stock runs out. We have received end of sale models for a long time as replacements. If stock runs out then they replace with equivalent current model (e.g. same ports/features).
    There will be caveats such as it must be registered to you rather than bought on ebay etc.

    For larger switches which require hardware support, they will not accept the case.
