I don't believe it is an option on the 4100i, 6000, and 6100 series.
The proper CX syntax for the IP helper is below. If you do not see the options to set these, then it would be a limitation of the switch series. You may have to be at least on the 6200 series or higher for the DHCP relay service:
interface <vlan/interface>
ip address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/xx
ip helper-address xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
exit
