Do you any error message in radius.log ( /var/log/radius/radius.log)  & what AMP version you are using ?

Hi, All:

I have same issue . I use clearpass for airwave AAA server. and configure same  clearpass ip for radius accounting in the airwave AMP setup.

For the authentication and authorization, I got successfully login but,from clearpass >>>live monitoring >>>>accounting, I can't see any information for airwave.

is there some thing I missed ?

Hi Ryan,

May i know where you are seeing this logs in Airwave or CPPM? So your issue is seeing Radius service restart messages in events log in Airwave or not seeing any info in live montoring>accounting page in CPPM?

May I know your Airwave version?

thank you for your response, I saw the log from Airwave, and I enable radius accounting but still can't see anything in live montoring>accounting page in CPPM。

My Airwave version is AMP 8.0.7.1

Support for 8.0.x got expired in Jan 17, I would recommand to upgrade the server to our latest code and check the status.
