Can you supply more details on the following?

    - Interface configurations of switch and the AP, possibly also for the Mac
    - Cabling used (type + length)
    - Switch model and configuration
    - AP powering. How much power is delivered (PoE type and class)

It looks as if the AP<>Switch link is capped @ 1Gbps

    Thank you for your responsiveness

The RAP is connected directly between a server's RJ45 port and the Internet network.

We have never had a problem with this product that worked on an ADSL Box since 2013.

From the end of October 2021 the RAP was connected directly to a Starlink antenna and everything worked perfectly. From 8 February 2022 after 1h10 GMT the VPN is interrupted.

It no longer works on the Starlink network, while it works very well on an ADSL box. (ISP Orange French). Note that at the other end (in French Guiana), it is also the ISP Orange.

We only use minimum Cat7 cables. 20m for Starlink and 2m for the ADSL box.

The RAP is powered by an AC adapter. The wifi is not activated.

It's not a connectivity issue. We've done various trials with SpaceX on their Starlink network. They have analyzed our traces but this is not enough for them, they would like the logs of the RAP, something I am unable to give them, because this RAP was provided to us by our client.

We have tested with other VPNs on the Starlink network and everything is working properly. So the problem comes from the RAP/Starlink association.

    Attached is the model information.

    ???

Not sure if your reply is for this thread.

How do you expect to get 1+Gbps iPerf performance via an ASDL or Starlink connection??

    Thank you for the reply,

The cable I used is cat 6 less than 20ft.

The poe switch to the AP is pot_bt, no power limit on the ap side.

What do you mean: From ap to iperf server: ?

    ie. Is it a Client ?, wi-fi, pc/Mac .?

if so, its related to wi-fi, bandwith 40/80/160 & wi-fi network card&driver. In Windows  check network status.
for maximum connection speed. The best you can hope for is 1.2 Gbts, in 5ghz, and 2.4Gbs in 6Ghz.
