Is there a DHCP Server already in that VLAN, any IP Helpers etc? What does your interface configuration look like?

Could be numerous reasons and without further information on the existing network, any changes or the Switch configuration it would be difficult to know. Possibly some configuration changes have been made on the default VRF?

Hello Shivam, you wrote: "We have configured a switch" but you didn't specify which one so what switch model are you referring to exactly? you should provide a lot more details to help us helping you (as Craig already wrote).

Port is configured as untagged vlan 80 and vlan 80 is tagged on Uplink port. It was working properly since 3 months . problem started from yesterday.

What you could do is connect a laptop running wireshark to the port, then see the DHCP requests and responses and what device/MAC address is responding.

Most likely, there is another device on your network acting as DHCP server, if you don't recognize the IP range from another VLAN in use.

Also, are you sure the IP is received through DHCP? If a user changed the network config on the computer to a static IP, that IP is used of course.

I run traceroute on switch .please check if you can find anything.

Don't see any capture or traceroute. If you don't see traffic on Wireshark, there may not be traffic. Link goes up? The client should try to get an IP (DHCP).

Do you have configuration and DHCP services in VLAN 80?

It's hard to assist without having access to what you see, a network diagram, or even configuration. Can you reach out to your Aruba partner or Aruba support?
