I have a 6300F that a Cisco 9971 phone with sidecar was moved to. The phone powers up but the sidecar does not with the message the phone is unable to power this accessory. The phone itself works on another switch that is 5 years old. Tried changing the port to allocate by class and set the class to 4. Seems like a newer switch should have no issue powering this phone?
