Dear Experts,
Our customer has received the replacement for 6300M switch but its on recovery prompt mode. So far i am not able to find any info about how this mode works.
Any ideas?

It seems that the unit was part of a VSF stack.
Run the command:
vsf-factory-reset

Hi,
Somehow my answer was not posted.
So, It seems the unit received was part of a stack.
Just run the command vsf-factory-reset to boot the device clean.
