You might want to get a reseller to scope out a migration, depending on how complicated your configuration.
Assuming you are only doing 802.1x authentication it could be a simple as joining the new clearpass to a domain, adding a radius server certificate, backup and restore the configuration to a new server.
Those are the basic steps, but of course you would need to size and license the server correctly. If you can generate a temporary license, I would stage the new server and see how it goes.
