    Hello,

We have access points 205 and 207 in version 6.5.4.3, the behavior of some ap is not normal, the clients can not connect on it, the response time to ping is very long (< 1500ms), we notice that the CPU usage is 100% from the virtual controller.
From the switch we have looked at the logs and we see the following errors: "Applying Power to PD", "Pd Removed" " PD MPS Absent indication" on the access point ports.

after an electrical reboot of the AP's, the AP's are accessible again, the clients manage to connect, the response times are good (15ms), the cpu usage is not overloaded anymore. and at the switch level we no longer have the error with the PD.

but after some time about 1 day the problem occurs again. Can you help us to solve this instability, we have several AP (15- 30) that react this way at the same time?

    Thank you  in advance.

    King regards.

You may start by upgrading your APs to a recent version, like 6.5.4.25. The PD messages (powered device) may indicate some PoE issue, so (some of) the AP(s) may be rebooting. This can be multiple things, and without the logs and configuration from APs and switches, it will be hard to make something useful out of this. Your Aruba partner, or Aruba Support may be able to assist you in that troubleshooting.
