Hi,
This needs to be investigated by TAC.
Are the AP's that are not reporting data belong to same controller setup/MD?
Are only the graphs doesn't show up or all data including clients table and other AP related info too?
There is no knob to enable graphs for some AP's.
If the problem AP's belong to same controller cluster/MD, double check the AMON profile on the controllers.
If only graphs and other data shows up fine, issue may be with RRD files for those AP's and that has to manually cleared from root shell by TAC.
There may be other performance issues on the server which needs troubleshooting via logs etc.
Anyways TAC is the right path for this issue.

Subject: Airwave AP page - No client reports
Hi,
Here's some informations first:
Using:
-Aruba Airwave 8.2.13.1
-AP firmwares are not related to the problem because it was working before
-Some APs are reporting correctly and I don't know how to "re-enable" the monitoring feature of the APs that are not reporting anymore.
-I can see the client counts in the Devices -> List, but not when I click on the AP.
The problem:
Some of the APs (225,315...) stopped reporting the utilization and client counts when I click on that AP page.
If I click on the AP name, I'm being shown the AP informations, however at the bottom, after the "Wired interface", there's nothing on the clients chart (radio 1 and 2 are checked) and nothing in the utilization chart either. It only shows "No data available".
Short question: Is there a way to re-enable the charts so that it reports correctly ?
Thank you for your time.
