    Hi all,

Do you know what version of Clearpass onboard introduced support for Onboarding Android 14 devices? Eg Samsung Galaxy tablet? Running an old version of Clearpass onboard10.8 and running into some troubles with an Android tablet with an error stating OS not supported.

    Many thanks

Seeing the same problem with the same ClearPass version 10.8 and Android 14.

It is also creating the same error on Android 13 with Chrome updated to 124.x.x.x (latest version). I believe Android 14 has Chrome 124.x.x.x by default.

HPE TAC so far have not progressed past asking the usual questions and have not been able to explain why no logs are received on ClearPass for the failed requests.

I just tried Android 14 with Chrome 125 and don't see 'unsupported OS' errors. I tested on ClearPass 6.12.2.

Make sure that you use the Chrome browser and not a vendor specific (Samsung) browser. Other browsers (sometimes even the system default) than Chrome are known to have issues.

It appears this may be due to the Clearpass Onboard version 10.x.x not supporting Chrome 124 onwards. Given clearpass Onboard 10 is end of life in coming days, this makes sense. Looks like an upgrade is in order.
