Hey,
First of all is this a controller based or IAP based setup?
Like the previous two replies.
Check the console output.
Remove the power, connect your console cable.
Then connect power back.
When it's booting press enter to be in the apboot.
If you are on DHCP enabled network, typ "dhcp".
Then you can follow if the AP gets an IP.
If the IP is ok and you can ping the controller/gateway, or your other AP's.
Then you could try with typing "boot" (it goes further in the booting up the AP).
If all this fails, you could try to type "purgeenv" in the apboot.
This will remove all info on the AP, and made it factory default.

perhaps the APs are controller based APs which needs a controller.
at the back of it does the label say AP-225 or is it IAP-225?
also you can connected a console cable to see the messages as it boots up.

Have 3 AP 225
I think i have blown them up as they will go to boot when switched on Ethernet and PWR leds lit
PWR led will go stable but the radios never activate
then the AP switches off and the only way to recover is to disconnect the POE and start again
Then the same thing happens
The POE injectors are 56volt and not 48v
Could that have killed all 3 AP ?
They do the same on the 12v socket on the rear of the AP
They all did work for a while but were quite warm to the touch
guess the Voltage regulator going nuts with the 56V ??
