    Hello,

Would anyone have information on and be able to provide a way to resolve this issue?

We have 4 AP 304's at this site. Out of the 4 AP's, 3 are showing down on the Dashboard Overview.

This has been like this since we installed them. They are working as they are supposed to, and this issue is not having any impact on the networks and or AP's.

We have other sites that are configured the same way that do not have this issue.

The AP's have the latest firmware update. Updating the firmware had no effect on correcting this.

    My Best,

    Hi Paul,
it may be that the other 3 have formed their own Cluster. Find out the IP addresses of the other 3 and see if you can get a GUI session into one of those.
They do need to be running the same S/W version and be able to see each other on the same L2 VLAN when they boot up.
They only do the VC election at power-up.

    I hope that this helps.

    Cheers, Ewan.
