Thank you very much!
It was necessary to change IP Addressing for the management VLAN from remote site (Home Office).
After changing on site user traffic stops!
I don't really understand why!

Subject: AP 387 Mesh Portal / Mesh Point IP Address
Hi Johann,
if not done so - maybe have a look at this thread: https://community.arubanetworks.com/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MID=30325
For any instant AP it's best practice to have the management subnet as the "untagged vlan" on the switch uplinks and use the "vlan 1" on Instant-AP side as the management vlan (mapped to the untagged-vlan on switch uplink) - of course you cannot add the "vlan 1" on the switch-port as tagged vlan (thus do not use vlan-1 for any user-traffic).
You can run the IAP-387 in standalone mode and assigne fixed management IP's - but why would there be a need to have the management-IP's of Point and Portal in different subnets ? if you do need to troubleshoot s.th. it's better to have both in the same subnet, so trying a ping from Portal to Point is L2 traffic ...
Groetjes

For these APs, must the IP Address in the same Subnet, not just for management, but for network connectivity too?
Why?
I have lost connectivity after changing Address on one site!
