In some parts of the world, the lower channels you configured are unsupported for outdoor use; so the AP-565 cannot use them.
Here is an overview of allowed channels in different parts of the world.

Subject: AP-565 version 10.x not using Radio Profile
Hi all,
I have a scenario with AP-505 and AP-565 version 10.x Central Managed.
I use a custom Radio Profile :
- to limit Bandwith to 20 MHz for 2.4GHz and 5GHz and
- to limit Channels of 5 GHz only to U-NII1 and U-NII2a : 36,40,44,48,52,56,60
My issue is :
- AP-505s work with the correct Bandwidth and channels
- AP-565s use hiher channels (132, 149, etc ) and 80 MHz bandwith
Is it the same for you?
