My new access points somehow discovered not right WLC:

    *#show ap database | include "10.105.246."

    b0:1f:8c:c1:83:82 default 514 10.105.246.247 Denied 10.19.25.50 0.0.0.0

    #apmove ap-mac b0:1f:8c:c1:83:82 target-v4 10.105.244.70
    apmove command failed

Why apmove failed, is it because access point not whitelisted?!
What is the process for such case to migrate access point to the correct WLC?

The APmove failed because the WLC does not have control over an AP when it is not Up.

If an access point shows it is denied, there is typically a flag in there somewhere.  Do you have licenses installed and enabled?

    thanks,
I thought its due to access point is not in whitelist.
