Subject: Apple Device Connection Loss Issues
Cheers,
I currently have an IAPs Cluster environment and I am experiencing stability problems with the connection of Apple devices, both I-Phones, IPAD, etc.
By connecting to the network they can browse without inconvenience. After a while, these devices cannot browse even when connected to the network. The only way they can navigate again is by turning off the device's WIFI and turning it on again to have a connection. But after a few minutes, they lose internet access.
It seems to indicate that when the device is not in use, the screen turns off, it goes into standby or something like that, the device is still connected to the network but cannot navigate anywhere.
And this scenario does not happen with Android or Windows devices.
Any help is welcome.
