I am configuring two Aruba 8320's to replace my cisco nexus datacenter switches. We are in the process of also obtaining VXRAIL to replace our current server cluster.

The servers have the option for 4x25GbE interfaces. Can I connect a 25GbE SFP to a 40gig QSFP? I'm thinking probably not and going for 10gbps is fine for our use. But I want to know if I have the option to do this and just lower the speed to match 25GbE?

no you can't do that. you need to use the SFP+ ports.
