    Hi All,

We are using Aruba Central cloud guest where sponsore receives email from no-reply@arubanetworks.com

To approve the guest request. Can we change this sender email id ?

Also can we change guest approval email format in HTML ?

I have not seen such an option. Also, with modern anti-spam systems, you cannot blindly change the sender mail address to a domain that you don't own. So setting it to your own domain would probably result in most mails ending up in a spam box.

It seems like a good suggestion that you could put in the Aruba Innovation Zone. If you don't have access to that, your Aruba partner or local Aruba team can post your request there.

If you have urgent issues, always contact your Aruba partner, distributor, or Aruba TAC Support. Check https://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/contact-support/ for how to contact Aruba TAC. Any opinions expressed here are solely my own and not necessarily that of Hewlett Packard Enterprise or Aruba Networks.

In case your problem is solved, please invest the time to post a follow-up with the information on how you solved it. Others can benefit from that.
