ARUBA CX 6400 - ARP Cache validation

    we are have a single Core node - Aruba CX 6400 with running version FL.10.10.1020
    With a mixture of AP515, AP535 and 575 tunneled to 2 7220 gateways on AOS10 managed via Aruba Central

    We have an issue of ARP cache validation were wlan clients device are giving the below error:

    however this seems to be intermittent across campus, these clients then get "no internet" error.

    What could be causing this?
