Configures a VLAN as voice VLAN. This command defines which VLAN (if any) will be advertised to the MED-capable endpoints as Voice VLAN over LLDP-MED.
Important note: This setting doesn't prioritize the traffic inside the VLAN that has been defined as Voice VLAN, e.g. it has nothing to do with QoS, you need to set it up additionally.
Hope this helps!

What does the vlan command 'voice' actually do?
Can't find the detail in any documentation.
