    Hello,
Just wanted to understand the integration of ARUBA LAN/WLAN hardware integration with following SDWAN vendors :

    Cisco Viptella
    Cisco Meraki
    Vmware Velocloud
    Nokia Nuage

Please throw some light on how the integration will happen ?

Those vendors should just provide layer 3 transport across the WAN.  Obviously at varying quality and flexibility.  The most built in integration will be with Aruba SD WAN solutions.

so basically the real value is when the customer buy full stack from Aruba??   what about the inter-operability with other SDWAN vendors ? could you please share some insight on integration challenges in terms of cost, management etc.

With SD Branch you can manage the SDWAN, wireless and switching with Central.  So a Single administrative portal.  With EdgeConnect there is still a separate Orchestrator but Central integration is actively being worked on.  All SDWAN vendors work with other vendors at Layer 3 just like an Aruba switch will work with a Cisco router or a Palo firewall.

Cost, Management can be simplified with a full stack due to simplified management and economy of scale.   You will see benefits of adopting portions of the product offering depending on your needs, especially if your current product life cycle on switches, wireless and routers are on different schedules. You also have a single vendor to go to for support, so less finger pointing.  However all vendors will work with other vendors equipment or they wont be in business for very long.  Obviously you can't intermix SDWAN vendors with each other since they are all "bookend" solutions.
