You may be more successful at the
Aruba Instant ON forum.
However, the first field (Certificate) should have something that has ----BEGIN CERTIFICATE----; not CERTIFICATE REQUEST. The REQUEST you send to your CA, and the CERTIFICATE is what you normally get back from the CA.
