Any installation involving a Mobility Controller will require licensing.

Actually i manage and control Access Points through Virtual controller without buying any license so i ask if i moved to physical controller

Mohamed,
If you are shutting down your virtual controller, you likely can "move" your licenses (AP, PEF-NG, RFP, etc.) to the new controller. Talk to your reseller or to Aruba TAC to see if a move is possible.
