Licensing is required.  At a minimum you'll need AP licenses.

    Mohamed,

If you are shutting down your virtual controller, you likely can "move" your licenses (AP, PEF-NG, RFP, etc.) to the new controller. Talk to your reseller or to Aruba TAC to see if a move is possible.

    Thanks,

    Brad

will i need license or i can manage them also without buying any license ?

Any installation involving a Mobility Controller will require licensing.
