    Can some one explain how to upgrade firmware of stacked 6300 switch. step by step
    Do we need copy the new os to both switched?

    Hello, have a look at this thread and download the attached PDF guide (it's a little bit old but good for the purpose of your request): at page 12 of that VSF Best Practices for Aruba CX 6300 Switch Series you will find the answer to your question.

    Please also use, as reference for your VSF implementation on the Aruba 6300 Switch series, the AOS-CX 10.08 Virtual Switching Framework (VSF) Guide (for Aruba 6200 and Aruba 6300) (of special interest would be the paragraph "Automated image sync" at page 18).
