Auto Email Receipt for MPSK devices

    I am working with MPSK on AOS 8.10 and CPPM 6.11 - I have the WLAN setup and all working with a registered devices. 

    I want to be able to register a device within CPPM Guest and have the MPSK sent to the email which is added during registration. 
    I have change the create device form to the following, which includes Auto_smtp and sponsor email address others but nothing seems to work.


    But not email. 

    I have tested the email from the External servers and it works, I have tested from within the manage devices > send receipt but this doesn't include the MPSK and I want to have this done automatically when registering a device. 

    What am i doing wrong?

    Hi,

     

    Did you try using the field "email" instead of "sponsor_email" in the mac_create form?

    The ClearPass Guest Configuration Receipts Email Receipts defaults to the field "email".
