Controllerless Networks

I found one for 6.4 but cannot find one for 8.6 

I really need tune our deployment, we are a coverage deployment type and need to tweak the raidos to fill in gaps 

we are using Central to manage if that matters. 

I find many place to adjust these settings and i do not know what ones apply or override really jsut want to sit down and bring our deployment into best practice.
