One option is to create two different guest registration forms, one for the SMS auth and one for sponsor email. In addition to these two pages also create a landing page where the guest have the option to select the correct guest registration form to use.
Point the captive portal URL to the landing page.
Another option is to place a link on the registration form for local guests for foreign guest and redirect to the other guest registration page. In the page for foreign gueste you may also create a link back to the page for local guests, for convenience for the guests.

We want to do Guest authentication for the organization. But we have guest users some of them local and some of them are from another country. When client is local we can check its Government ID but if they are from other country we can not do that. So we want to use sms auth for the local users and sponsor e-mail for the other users. Is there a way to implement an option about the country in the captive portal and then authenticate the client from that choice? Thank you anyone in advance.
