I think I am overthinking this but here is my situation. I need to broadcast the ssid's used at a remote factory in our headquarters office. I am trying to test new RF scanners and need the ssid's to be broadcast in my office. The factory and the office have separate controllers.

Do I need to configure vlans, firewall rules, and routes to get this to work, or is there an easier way?

You can provision one access point to the factory controller from HQ if it's reachable.

And if you can make UDP port 4500 reachable to the controller in the factory, from your HQ, you can make the AP a Remote AP (RAP). Any Aruba AP can be configured as a remote AP.
