Can not let IAP online back to Cloud Central after reboot

    Dear all,

    We just got one POE switch failure and some IAP , not the master, were offline from the internet.

    After the POE switch resume service, ALL connected IAP still show offline on the cloud portal and we do sure not the licenses, gateway and DNS issues.

    Any advice?

    so i take it that all the IAPs are up and are part of the instant cluster right?

    if thats the case check the output of 

    • show activate
    • show ap debug cloud-server
