Hi Marie.
Create an open ssid without 802.1x or any other type of authentication and see, if you can connect ok.
So we can eliminate wifi part of it and focus on authentication.

Hi Marie.
Not much info to go from. Did you try to upgrade Aruba APs to new version? You didn't mention the version not the configuration (controller, Instant, Central, standalone).
There are some threads on Airheads regarding your problem like this thread.
I would suggest to upgrade APs/controller(s) to latest version of your major release or go to the one of the newest major releases.
Best, Gorazd

Subject: Cannot connect to network issue with ARUBA AP-505
Hello
We have an issue with some users that have WiFi adapter Intel AX-201 that while connecting to ARUBA WiFi get "Cannot connect to this network" and after awhile they can connect "maybe after 10 times of disconnection and reconnect", we already tried to update the driver but still the same issue.
Appreciate your support
Thanks
