Cannot verify server identity cloudguest

    Hi Experts,

    I am looking for some assistance with the attached errors that we are seeing on all the devices attempting to connect to guest WIFI with a cloudguest portal.

    When the captive portal loads, we are seeing "Cannot verify server identity" The identity of apacsouth.cloudguest.central.arubanetworks.com cannot be verified by Wi-Fi.

    IAP: 205 | Version: 6.5.4.19

    Any help is appreciated.

    Can you see which certificate is presented, under Details? It may be that the HTTPS traffic to Guest Central is redirected by the Access Point.

    If you need a quick answer, it may be best to open a TAC case.
