Can't Connect To Airwave

    Hello All,

    I'm sure this may be a simple fix but I am having issues connecting to Airwave and the Instant UI wirelessly from my laptop. However when I navigate to them via a wired connection I can access them. Any ideas on what may be the cause of this?

    by default there is nothing that prohibity you from accessing. Can you ping AirWave and Instant UI when connetced wirelessly?
    Maybe the role you get via wireless has some firewall statements in.

    I was definitely able to ping both ip addresses wirelessly.

    So, general network connectivity is given. Maybe HTTPS will be blocked anywhere. Is there a Firewall in between?
    Are those devices configured for limited access by IP range?
    On Airwave: AMP Setup > Authentication > Enable AMP Whitelist
    On Instant: check Firewall rules for the role which you get when connected to Wi-Fi
