    Keep getting a 404 error when I click on the download links.

    Which firmware are you trying to download?  Your link doesn't work for me.

    Do you have an active support contract on your Instant APs? That is required to download non-factory images. Without active support you can download factory images and from there possibly do an in-product upgrade to newer versions. If you have an Aruba Central subscription you can push the firmware from there.

    If you have active support, but still see that error, please open a support case as the support might not be properly associated to your account.
