Recently i power off my clearpass subscriber due to some logs being generated to my AD server.
Right now the node is showing Cluster sync disabled.
I have power on the server, how do i make sure the server is join back to the cluster?

I saw you had taken care of this already, but for others to reference, once a node is offline for a period of time (I think 4 hours) it goes into disabled mode and needs to be dropped and re-added to the cluster. Afterward, it should sync and show status as "OK".
