Clearpass guest registration not allowing override to 1 year

    I set the override to 1y under account overrides it keeps setting the account to 24 hours which is being controlled by the Expire_after field set to 24 hours. I tried 1 year in hours 8640 it gave an error. 

    Any idea why my override is not working?

    Hi Kelly,

    Are you trying to make this change for a single user or all users who register? Where are you configuring the override?

    If you want to make the change for all users who register you can change the initial value of the expire_after field to 1y.

    I figured it out I had the form field "enable" turned on I disabled that form field and now it works perfectly.
