Hi folks,

I've an enormous challenge to implement OnGuard health check within the ClearPass Guest portal.
The Guest Portal itself is working fine, also with mac caching.

When enabling health check, the check is starting, health is oke, but the check is starting all over.
Or when changing my anounymous check cannot be found or password not correct.

I followed the template steps.

My wireless environment is a wireless controller cluster with 20 AP's.

Next challenge is to add the same health check to a PSK SSID. I added the ClearPass servers as authentication servers, added roles, but getting the same loop in Onguard.

Does the primary usage be employee or guest or doesn't matter?

My ClearPass is running 6.10.8

when you get the onguard loop, what does the posture info look like in Access tracker , is posture status = unknown?

I can't understand that because I configured this with a template so the basics should work I suppose.

in your enforcement profile, have you enabled "use cached results" ?
