Looks like you have not enabled SNMP Read on the Network Device. If you are sure that you did, I would recommend to work with Aruba Support as OnConnect is not widely used because most switches these days support RADIUS which works much more smooth.

Subject: Clearpass OnConnect not work
Hi,
I set up OnConnect on the Clearpass according to this guide (https://community.arubanetworks.com/community-home/digestviewer/viewthread?MID=21387). As I see it, the switch sends SNMP traps and the clearpass receives them. In "devices", I configured switch to SNMP to read and write according to the guide. But for some reason, in the "Event viewer", I receive following message, as if I had not configured switch to read SNMP.
Has anyone tried setting up OnConnect ? Has this error come up and how can it be resolved?
